Cancellations & Refunds

   •   Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance.

   •   Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will be charged the full remaining balance.

   •   If Lauraslloons cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, client will receive a full refund of all payments made.

Weather Policy

   •   Outdoor setups are subject to weather conditions. Extreme heat, wind, rain, or cold may affect balloon longevity.

   •   Lauraslloons is not liable for weather-related balloon damage once setup is complete.

   •   Client should provide an indoor backup option when possible.
